Terms & Conditions

  • One booth, with up to two recruiters, is $250 through Tuesday October 2, 2007 (11:59 PM).  This fee includes 10' x 10' booth space, full back drapes and side partitions, signage, electricity, one table and two chairs.  Additional options:  3 or more recruiters, ad space, multiple booths, wireless Internet, hosting a break, etc. may be added for additional fees.  Parking, continental breakfast, and lunch are provided compliments of  ASU Career Services.  

  • Registration fees (commitment to pay) are incurred at the time of registration

  • Boost floor assignments (location) are made based upon the section chosen in your registration.  We reserve the right to assign booths only after receipt of payment or purchase order number, and based upon availability of floor space.

  • Make check payable to ASU Career Services (Tax ID # 71-6000556)

  • Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express & Diners accepted.

  • LATE REGISTRATION FEE: AN ADDITIONAL $50 PER BOOTH BEGINS October 3, 2007 (at 12:00 AM) - REGISTRATION MUST BE RECEIVED ON OR BEFORE 10-02-2007 TO AVOID LATE FEE.  Payment can be received later, however, registration commits your organization to payment unless canceled on or before the cancellation deadline.

  • Cancellation Policy: Organizations canceling on or before October 2,  2007 will be eligible for a full refund.   Important!!! Please note: Organizations canceling after October 2, 2007 will not be eligible for a refund because commitments for space, booths, tables, food, electricity, staff, and printing will have been finalized.  If an organization registers but does not show, no refund is issued.

Recruiter Guidelines

Upon arrival at the Centenial Hall, please check in at the registration table. 

Recruiter check-in and booth setup is Tuesday October 16, 2007(all majors fair)  and Wednesday, October 17, 2007 (Education, Nursing, Health Professions, and Grad Schools), between 8:00 am and 9:30 am.

A limited number of carts and hand trucks will be available to assist with transporting booth materials to and from your booth location.  Please ask if you need assistance transporting materials and displays to your booth. 

Student Union regulations prohibit the allowance of helium balloons in the facilities. 

Arkansas State University Career Services Center, The Student Union, Job Fair sponsors, or any ASU vendors disclaim liability for damages or losses due to fire, theft, accident, vandalism, or other causes.  ASU and Job Fair sponsors will not be responsible for electrical or other related failures. Organizations and/or recruiters wishing to insure their goods must do so at their own expense. The recruiting organizations shall at all times protect, indemnify, save, and hold harmless ASU Career Services, The Student Union, ASU vendors, and Job Fair sponsors, against any and all loss, damage, liability or expenses arising out of any occurrence resulting from the recruiter’s occupancy and use of premises during or subsequent to the period of the Job Fair.

Contract recruiters and professional staffing organizations requesting attendance must represent specific companies and be recruiting to fill actual jobs, disclose employers’ names, not solicit business from other employers or candidates at the fair, and not charge students or alumni fees for services.  No solicitation on campus is allowed by Arkansas law.

We will make every effort to assign you into the booth area of your choice, however, we reserve the right to reassign any booth space if necessary.
